Dr. Maria Recalde Loaiza

True Beauty is thrilled to have Dr. Maria Jose Recalde be a part of the making dreams come true team. Having over five years of surgical training, Dr. Recalde completed medical school at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Ecuador. Following medical school, Dr. Recalde completed her training in plastic surgery at the same university and earned a membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Recalde chose to become a plastic surgeon because of the wide variety of work the field offers and for the life-changing nature of the job. Plastic surgery has a physical, emotional, and mental impact on patients’ lives which overall attributes to a positive personal perception. Dr. Recalde loves to bring her energy to each patient and believes that no concern is too minor; If they care, she cares.
Dr. Recalde is ecstatic to be joining the True Beauty family, where she feels the team’s multifaceted collaborative approach to high-quality aesthetics makes them stand out from the competition. When Dr. Recalde is not at work, you can find her in the Fondation Operacion Sonrisa who help kids with low recourses be able to access reconstructive surgery for harelip and cleft palate.
